New Best Buy Toshiba Mini NB305-N440BN 10.1-Inch Java Reviewed by Sometime Consumer (USA)
Until two hours ago, the website said that the Toshiba netbook is expandable to 2 GB of memory. I bought a memory upgrade module Netbook (exactly the assembly instructions). The machine does not work with memory.
Ok. These things happen.
Amazon very generously sent me a new memory module. Also, do not work.

This was my first purchase and netbooks are a lot 'research before deciding which to buy. It seemed that the positive reviews across the board and I used the Asus products on my desktop before. I am a full time student, so the price was the problem, Amazon had the best deals at the moment with free shipping. Here's my experience:

ASUS Eee PC has everything I was looking for. Long battery life, low weight, low cost, etc.
I had some problems that are worth sharing with others who are looking to buy this.
The first rebate is a scam. I received my refund, despite the completion of all forms correctly and send it to the right place. First they denied my rebate tell me that the UPC. I have e-mail and told me to resubmit the documents to another address. Next time, I have refused to notice that my mill was too late.

Took on a recent trip. The size and weight is a breeze at the airport. Used for GPS navigation every day with only a quick overnight stay. It has never run out of battery and proccesor dual core has more than enough power for email and web browsing.

Don’t kid yourself: this is not a “cheap” another to a laptop computer accessible at 5 times the cost. Nor is it a desktop replacement. Instead, this is a accessory for humans who are accommodating to acquire achievement trade-offs in a laptop that is conspicuously totable and has (for my purposes) actual continued array life. If you accept this traveling in, you’ll be acutely admiring with this computer!
