Advantages: Easy, comfortable, great battery life
Cons: Touchpad screen is not compatible with Yahoo Mail
have purchased this netbook for most portable on the road with us. Our current laptop is too big and the battery life has not happened, and my iPod Touch is not an easy to use keyboard and built-in camera and microphone (for Skype) that Toshiba.
This product is simply fantastic. Impressed by the speed with which it is, as is the preservation and the light is. This is one of the best computer I've ever had.

The keyboard is a bit 'funky, but after several hours typing adapt with big fingers like mine.
Trackpad is also a bit 'cramped, but after a few hours of use to adapt.
I was hesitant about buying because I knew it was a line of network upgrade board in the near future. But I'm glad I bought a much-needed equipment.
Good things: It 's very easy and inexpensive, that victims are often associated with the Net-book (the screen is too small, cramped keyboard, etc.) are, and battery life is incredibly connected.

You must be realistic about this Acer. I bought the rancor 250-1584 for extensive research. HP and Toshiba in his sleep at the switch. At the time of purchase if it had not become a machine that meets the latest specifications. In other words, Windows 7, the atom processor 280 or similar in terms of speed and wireless b / g / draft n. Why you should buy something less than that? Will be obsolete in a few months. The 250 1584 has everything in one package, but you pay for. Is it worth it? This is the problem.
The general answer is yes, if you consider that you can not get a Toshiba or HP (the second) with a larger keyboard and a reputation for superior quality.
If you read the reviews here you will find that a couple of times to see the Acer ships with small problems. Flickering screens and other issues.
My computer is delivered and in each of these problems - at least not yet. I bought the upgrade from 2 GB Crucial and the installation was simple and painless. No problem.

Seems to be a decent netbook, although slightly slower than I used to. We, however, problems with a wireless network adapter. I spent 2 hours talking with half separate support, over an hour of my personal problem, and research on the web. I tried all the fixes that I found, but the question is to stay connected for more than a few minutes. If connected, it works fine, but when on battery power, you can not have a wireless connection. And there are many examples of this problem when searching on Google.
